$160 for a 55 minute session

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, CHPW, Molina, Premera, Regence, and Tricare. If you have different insurance, I am happy to help you explore out of network options.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what services may cost.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Sessions canceled within 24 hours and no shows will be charged in full.
